Malaysian government should immediately sign the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) for bringing the justice to MH17 victims and their family members.
Without signing the Rome Statute of the ICC, Malaysia cannot be the referring party in getting the ICC to prosecute those parties involved in shooting the MH17 of the Malaysian Airlines.
Even though there are cases can also be referred to the ICC by the United Nations Security Council, but that is unlikely as Russia would probably use its veto power to block such a referral.
